What I collect
When you sign up for my email list or download a free resource, I collect your name and email address. That's it.
How I use it
I use your email to send you updates about new books, resources, and hearing loss content. I won't sell your information or share it with other companies for marketing.
I use Mailchimp to manage my email list. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link at the bottom of any email.
Website hosting and analytics
This site is hosted by Squarespace, which collects standard analytics (like how many people visit the site) and uses cookies to make the site work properly. I don't see personal details about visitors — just general traffic information.
Book purchases
When you buy my books through Amazon or other retailers, those purchases happen on their sites, not mine. Their privacy policies apply to those transactions.
Children
I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact me so I can remove it.
